Drew & Ash like to call themselves Textralians, having migrated from the USA to Australia with their children in January 2019.
The Williams family motto is: “Collect Adventures, Not Things.”
Andrew loves spending time with Jesus and his family. You’ll often find him in the mornings around Perth, rocking some lycra with his cycling mates.
Ash describes herself as a redeemed hippie with a deep love for Jesus. She adores all things outdoors and creative, often recharging in the sun or on her paddleboard at sea. For her, camping is love language — the perfect way to connect with God, family, and adventure.
SOME FUN FACTS
Andrew is a proud Midwest boy from St. Louis, Missouri, and a die-hard Cardinals fan through and through. ⚾️
Ash hails from the Dirty South — Atlanta, Georgia — and passionately cheers for the Atlanta Braves, which makes MLB season a lively (and slightly competitive!) time in the Williams household. 😉
Andrew is a fitness enthusiast who’s always up for a challenge — whether it’s a new workout, a race, or a faith adventure with Jesus. 💪
Ash is happiest by the ocean, soaking up the sun, sand, and presence of Jesus. ☀️🏖️
Together, they share a love for Jesus, people, and the great outdoors. They’re completely camping obsessed — give them a tent, a fire pit, good company, and some worship around the fire, and they’re in their element! ⛺🔥
ABOUT ASH
Ash currently serves as the Senior Minister of Prayer House Church in North Fremantle, Western Australia. For nearly two decades, she has faithfully equipped and inspired people of all ages — leading in Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Women’s, Creative Arts, and as a Campus and Location Pastor. Her greatest passion is to see hearts awakened in awe and wonder as followers of Jesus behold His beauty.
A Kingdom-minded entrepreneur, Ash has owned and operated several businesses over the past 20 years — from real estate to her current ventures, which include a local print shop and caravan hire business in Fremantle.
Once an atheist, Ash encountered Jesus in 2004 in a life-changing moment that transformed her from what she affectionately calls “a lost hippie girl” into a redeemed lover of Jesus. She now lives passionately for one purpose — to reveal Jesus in everyday life and carry the good news of the Kingdom wherever she goes.
In 2019, Ash and her husband, along with their four children, moved to Perth, Western Australia as missionaries. They feel deeply called to the city and the region — and it shows. It’s rare to meet a family that loves Perth as much as the Williams do..
ABOUT ANDREW
Andrew Williams currently serves as the Senior Minister of Prayer House Church in North Fremantle, Western Australia. Andrew carries a deep passion for the presence of God and a burning desire to see people encounter Jesus in a way that transforms everything. He loves to partner with the Holy Spirit to stir hunger, freedom, and adoration in the hearts of believers. Andrew’s life is marked by faith, authenticity, and the miraculous, and his heartbeat is to see people come fully alive — walking boldly in their God-given purpose and bringing glory to Jesus, the One who paid it all.
Andrew has been in full-time ministry for nearly two decades, serving faithfully across diverse expressions of the Church. His experience spans Youth, Young Adults, Men’s Ministry, Prison Outreach, Youth Alive WA, and leadership roles as Generational, Associate, Campus, and Location Pastor. With a rich blend of Word and Spirit, Andrew affectionately calls himself a “Bapticostal” — a passionate Spirit and Truth minister who is convinced that one encounter with Jesus can change a life forever.
Beyond his ministry experience, Andrew carries a father’s heart and a reforming spirit. He is called as an apostolic father to reformers — those called to bring Kingdom transformation to culture, cities, and generations. His leadership builds people, not platforms; cultivating maturity, unity, and revival in the body of Christ. Andrew’s heart burns to raise up sons and daughters who know who they are, walk in power, and carry the presence of God into every sphere of life.
At home, Andrew’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife Ash are the Senior Ministers of Prayer House Church in North Fremantle, WA, and together they are raising four incredible children — Rhys, Paisley, Lawson, and Rose. Andrew is energized by adventure and beauty, whether exploring the outdoors, traveling regionally and internationally to minister, or spending quiet moments in God’s Word. Through it all, his life remains anchored in one pursuit — to know Jesus deeply and make Him known everywhere.
